That’s the commitment and dedication with which our Chief Gynaec Surgeon Dr Animesh Gandhi works in order to help the patients achieve their wish for a pregnancy. In this case USG showed multiple fibroids around 10 ranging from 6 cm to less than 1 cm. Dr Gandhi counseled and a joint decision was taken for an Open surgery so that maximum fibroids can be removed and normal shape of uterus can be restored. The patient’s faith in the doctor was apt as the surgery ended with removal of 27 fibroids. Now she has the best chance of conception in this uterus. Post operation a course of medicines for 3 months also helps restore the uterine size and facilitates healing.
